Selling at FlutterScape is risk free; forget about starting capital, all you need to have is a camera and a passion to share items from Japan.

How It Works

  • 1 Snap photos of items at your favorite store in Japan

    Sharing your pictures of product at FlutterScape is like displaying products at the shop. When you sign up as a seller, you will have your own easy-to-use online shop for free where you can upload photos and display them as product for sale.

  • 2 Upload to FlutterScape to sell and share

    All products you created will first be stored into your Archives. Archives is like your own shop depot. Here, you can choose which product to list for sale.

  • 3 Listing and Delisting

    Listed products will be available for buyers to purchase. If at any reason, the listed product is no longer fit for sale, you can delist them from your shop. Pages for delisted products will still be publicly available but these products will be no longer available to buy.

    If buyer has a particular request (e.g. color, sizes, or re-listing of de-listed products), they can use the request feature available in product pages. If you received a request, please respond accordingly to maintain good relationship with your buyers.

  • 4 If it get sold, acquire and send it to us

    If your product has been purchased, you are responsible for acquiring, packaging and shipping the purchased product to FlutterScape. Please keep in mind that you need to hand-write Order ID and Seller ID which you can confirm from your transaction page [URL] on the shipping label. FlutterScape's logistic partner will be responsible for the remaining internal shipment to the buyer. Read the shipment guidelines for smooth seller to buyer delivery.

  • 5 We confirm, and you will get paid!

    As soon as FlutterScape received your product and confirmed the Order ID and Seller ID on the shipping label, you will get paid!

    Unless the product weight you have indicated in product detail does not exceed the actual weight calculated by us, exact amount of the total price will be deposited to your Paypal account.

Extend Listing

All the products you have listed will be available for 2 weeks starting from the date of Listing. After 2 weeks, they will automatically be marked as "delisted". You can always extend the availability of one particular product by "extend listing" or "re-listing" them back again for sale.
