This is a white otamatone. You can find the black one here http://www.flutterscape.com/product/no/586Otamatone is a new musical instrument, invented by the wacky japanese company Maywa Denki.
Its shaped like a musical note (or a tadpole) and sounds kind of like a theremin. It has cute little mouth and a long tail that functions as a keyboard.
