The price of the case plus shipping to me from the Apple Store is 4000 yen. Then I there is the shipping of the case to Flutterscape that I must add to the price, which will range from 250 yen to 640 yen. Then there is my fee for obtaining the item for you. Then there is another set of fees that Flutterscape charges on the price which is the total you see.

Hi MrsS, chuwa is right, the price you see at apple store is not the final price, you have to add tax and domestic shipping charge to it.
the math is maybe like this : 4000 yen (apple store final price) + chuwa's thank you fee + inbound shipping to flutterscape warehouse (250 - 640 yen) + flutterscape commission (9%) + handling fee (300 yen) = 6,186 yen
