Neriman I bought this as a present for my wife (and myself) for this Christmas (of course, you get a factory sealed new one! I am not giving this one away :P).
This is a must if you want to enjoy meals the Japanese way. You can cook naberyouri (hot pot), such as sukiyaki, or also make some yakiniku (grilled meal), among other foods.
The idea, is that you cook on your table, while you eat. That makes it fun, easy and a body warmer for this cold winter season.
You just plug it to the wall (works in Japan, US, Canada and such), wait for a couple of minutes and start cooking!
There are like a million variations of this plates. I chose this one because it's big enough to make a meal for 3-4 ppl, but not extremely big and heavy. You can carry it on with you when going to a friend's house or for camping (if you find a place to plug it).
Capacity: 1.8 lt
It's electrical so no gas recharge is needed, and it's safe. The plug has some magnets that keep it in place even if you move the plate (with a 1.9 mt cord).
It's about 4 kilos with all the packaging, so express shipping might be a little expensive though...
Enjoy your meal! Itadakimasu!I bought this as a present for my wife (and myself) for this Christmas (of course, you get a factory sealed new one! I am not giving this one away :P).
