Shipping Methods
FlutterScape offers two shipping options through the Japan Postal Service:
Express Mail (EMS)
- Estimated delivery: 3-11 days
- Insurance: Up to 20,000 yen included for free.*
- Tracking: Included

Economy Air (SAL)
- Estimated delivery: 3-5 weeks
- Insurance: None
- Tracking: Non-trackable but registered (Registration No. can be used to inquire about your package in case of shipment delays)

Costs
The cost of shipping for both EMS and SAL options is determined by the weight of the order.
Liabilities
When using EMS insurance is included up to 20,000 yen.*
In the event of order loss or damage FlutterScape will collect the insurance benefits on behalf of the customer and offer to reimburse or repurchase the order.
FlutterScape and FlutterScape sellers are not liable for loss or damages when using SAL as a shipping option. FlutterScape is not responsible for delays or mistakes made by shipping operators, although a best effort is made by FlutterScape to correct these occurrences.
Customs
FlutterScape complies with all Customs regulations from the countries on the above country list. For example, FlutterScape affixes an invoice to all packages in order to avoid delays from countries with strict Customs inspections like France, Canada, and Spain.
Please refer to your individual county's policies to specifics on duties and Customs procedures.
FlutterScape does not declare merchandise as gifts or declare artificially low product prices to avoid Customs duties. Any duties levied at the time of Customs clearance is the responsibility of the customer.
*Every additional 20,000 yen coverage costs 50 yen with a maximum 2,000,000 yen coverage. For additional coverage please contact support@flutterscape.com with your order ID and request immediately after placing your order.
