Return Policy

FlutterScape strives to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. If an order arrives damaged or the contents of the package is different from what was ordered please contact support@flutterscape.com.

In the email please include:

  • The order ID (written on the package and in order emails)
  • A brief description of the grievance

All shipping related returns will be assessed on a case by case basis by FlutterScape. Rest assured, if it's our fault we will go out of our way to fix the problem at no additional expense to the customer.

A return from general dissatisfaction that is not the fault of FlutterScape should be handled directly with the individual seller. Returns of this nature are granted at the sole discretion of the seller.

Warranty

At this time warranties are handled on a case by case basis as determined by the seller. Please contact your seller to make any warranty requests.
