Customer Cancellation

Should the customer need to cancel their order FlutterScape requires they do so before the seller confirms the purchase. This confirmation may occur anytime within 48 hours of placing the order so it is advised the customer contact the seller immediately.

Once the customer has cancelled their order directly via the seller it is necessary to inform FlutterScape. Please email support@flutterscape.com with the order ID to complete the cancellation. In this scenario the customer receives a 100% refund. Or rather no payment is ever processed.

If a customer cancels an order after the seller has confirmed a purchase - in other words, the seller has already purchased the item on behalf of the customer - it is at the seller's desecration to honor the cancellation request.

Seller Cancellation

In the event an order is placed but the seller is unable to fulfill the order or meet the one week shipping deadline, order cancellation will occur. In this scenario the customer receives an immediate 100% refund.

FlutterScape values customer satisfaction and avoids order cancellations whenever possible.

FlutterScape Cancellation

Under certain circumstances, such as the sale of prohibited items, FlutterScape reserves the right to cancel orders.
