Requesting
Request is the easiest way to get specific product you need from Japan. When you create a request, all sellers from Japan can make an offer so you can have a variety of items to choose from. You can either accept any offer by buying it, or reject all offers. It's so simple, and no strings attached.

2. Fill-up request form
Fill-up the request form as completely as you can. Make sure you make the title and description easy to understand. Uploading images is optional but recommended to easily identify the product that you want. There are other fields that are optional as well, such as the auction block dedicated for auction-based requests. -
3. Checking offers
On your account page, there is a notification box (see image on the left) you can check if users have made offers. Clicking the number will show a list of all your requests. Visit the individual request page to get a more detailed overview of all the offers from Japan. There, you can choose from pool of offers which one you want to buy.
