Cancellation and return policy
Cancellation
Cancellation of your order could happen in three ways:
- 1. Your seller cancels your order because she/he can no longer provide the product
- 2. Your seller does not meet our 7-day turn-around rule
- 3. You wish to cancel your order for personal reason
1. Your seller cancels your order
Sometimes, products are no longer available due to high demand and your seller might not be able to meet your request. But don't worry, as we always want to offer quality service, we discipline our sellers by deducting 10 points each time he/she cancels an order. Whenever a seller hits -30 points, we will decide for the seller's possible account suspension.
Your payment will be refunded 100%.
2. Your seller does not meet our 7-day turn-around rule
We encourage our sellers to deliver product to our logistic center within 7 days of the ordered date, otherwise your order will be cancelled and refunded. In case when a seller denotes that products are "pre-order" on the item page or seller have clearly said inbound shipping will take more than 7 days, then this rule is not valid.
3. You wish to cancel your order for personal reason
You may cancel your order by directly informing your seller BEFORE seller confirms your order. Seller's contact can be found in your transaction panel after placing an order. If your order have been confirmed by seller, seller have every right to deny your cancellation request.

In cases of damage or wrong content, please contact support@flutterscape.com with the following information:
- Order ID
- Item status (damage/wrong content)
- Photos of the item you received
